Anne Soutter

Anne Soutter is the Vice President of Primerica’s corporate community relations and corporate charitable contributions program. She is also co-founder, Vice Chairman and Operations Officer for The Primerica Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Primerica. Anne’s work with nonprofits and corporate foundations encompasses several years of experience and community service. Anne currently serves on The Gwinnett County Public Library Foundation Board, the Gwinnett County Advisory Board for United Way and the Citizens Advisory Board for Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful. She is an alumna of Leadership Gwinnett (2012) and a member of the Southeastern Council of Foundations. Anne earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Drake University with majors in Public Relations and Mass Communications. She holds a certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.
